UV-cured wood protection and colouring in 1 layer
Rubio Monocoat Industrial UV Oil is a wood oil that colours and protects your wood industrially in 2 applications. It was developed especially for industrial use on machines with UV cure lamps, and thanks to its safe formula, it's TPO-, CMR-, and VOCfree. Industrial UV Oil offers consistent results, even with a wide range of machine settings, making it impossible to over-cure the Industrial UV Oil finish.

Fast-drying outdoor protection in one layer
Our exterior wood oil DuroGrit also has an industrial version to protect and colour your wood in one layer. This Industrial DuroGrit allows boards to be stacked after 2 hours already.

FR Oil System protects and colours wooden floors with a fire-retardant effect and is perfect for wooden floors in public spaces, such as restaurants, offices, museums, … The system consists of a pre-treatment (fire-retardant FR Base) and a protective finish (FR Oil 2C).

Precolor Easy is our industrial pre-colouring which can be used before finishing with Oil Plus 2C. It's available in 14 colours and dries fast, which makes it easier to store and transport.

At our Belgian headquarters, our Academy serves as both a testing facility and an educational workshop centre. Our testing environment ensures that Rubio Monocoat products deliver on our promises. Our specialists test various application methods, measure consumption, monitor drying times and test the boards for their resistance to liquids and scratches.
